1. What are the shipping times?
The products will be obtained within two days after the order is placed and then it will take up to two weeks to arrive at your address. Every product at Allie Signature has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. What is the return policy?
Instead of returning the items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns go against our commitment to sustainability. Each return has a carbon footprint. So tell us what went wrong, send us a photo and we'll give you a full refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations may be made if the package is not received within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders are shipped before we can process the cancellation. So if the order is cancelled but you still receive the package, you can do one of the following: recycle, donate or enjoy the product.
4. What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
If there is a problem with your order, if the size or color is wrong, the product is faulty or not exactly what you wanted, simply let us know and we will offer you a refund. You will not need to return the product.
5. Are changes offered?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for some reason you didn't get the exact product you wanted, let us know and we'll get you a new one.
